INSTAGRAM LOVE AMANDA BISK
Amanda Bisk is an inspiration to so many yogis worldwide. Her attitude towards health, wellbeing and fitness makes you want to go outside and move.
Last week Amanda posted some information on her Instagram about her training and practising yoga outdoors. The Yogi Peace Club Mat as it is a little heavier being rubber rather than PVC so as Amanda mentions it "doesn't blow around in the wind and is thick enough to be comfortable on the hard ground and doesn't rip or wear down." Amanda also likes thet the Yogi Peace Club Mat is has a "super soft velvet top that gets grippier as you sweat".
She mentioned that she trains and does yoga on her mat everyday "so (she) usually makes an in investment and gets a a mats that is friendly for both."
